Quilt & Needle Art Show - Presented by Threads that Bind
The 30th Annual Quilt and Needle Arts Show takes place over Columbus Day weekend at the historic 1794 Meetinghouse in East Haddam, CT. The event features a showcase of unique textile art, a variety of vendors, and a church boutique. Visitors can also purchase homemade soups and pies at the onsite café and enter a raffle featuring six prizes, including a queen-size quilt as the grand prize. The raffle drawing will be held at 4:00 PM on October 11th.

The theme of this show is not patriotic (i.e. red white and blue), but historic. Create quilts which focus on America’s history. However, red, white, and blue quilts will be accepted.
Kellogg Environmental Outdoor - Quilt Show

6th Annual Outdoor Quilt Show, themed "Pop of Color – Quilt Out Loud," takes place from July 30 to August 2, 2026. Hosted at the Kellogg Environmental Center and the surrounding Kellogg Estate in Derby, Connecticut, this free public event features a diverse array of modern and community-submitted quilts displayed across the historic grounds and gardens.
Bayberry Quilters of Cape Cod Quilt Show; Harwich, Massachusetts
“Welcome Aboard” to Bayberry Quilters’ Annual Quilt show July 31 – August 2, 2024 at the Cape Tech High School in Harwich. There will be plenty of quilts on exhibit, vendors for shopping and lots of activities for both beginning and experienced quilters.
The show will be open 10 am – 4 pm on Wednesday and Thursday and 10 am – 3 pm on Friday. Admission is $12; children under 12 are free. A group admission rate is available for guilds and other groups; please contact the show chair at quiltshow@bayberryquiltersofcapecod.com for details.

The 2026 Connecticut Hang a Quilt Day is an informal, community event celebrated annually around mid-June, with participants encouraged to display their quilts outside their homes on a day of their choosing. There is no official date, cost, or registration required.
