The Southern Connecticut Modern Quilt Guild (SCTMQG) has been actively congributing to local charities, through their quilting projects. Led by Karen D’Alessandri and co-chaired with Tait Michael, the charity committee lead plays a vital role in oganizing and overseeing these donations. Quilts are collected at each meeting, recorded and a guild label is sewn on for reference.

SCTMQG is a 501c.3 organization.
